As the IRIS Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of integrated risk management processes and systems across the organization. You will ensure that the organization is taking all necessary steps to identify, assess, and manage risk, thereby providing a safe and secure environment for Molina Healthcare customers and employees.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or an equivalent field. You must also have a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
