  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy services department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes through pharmacy services.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current pharmacy programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to pharmacy services.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies and other industry partners.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of pharmacy services to members.
  7. Develop and manage the department budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  8. Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy services staff.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  11. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy management programs.
  12. Act as a liaison between the pharmacy services department and other departments within the organization.
  13. Serve as a mentor and leader for the pharmacy services team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on pharmacy services performance for senior management.
  16. Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding pharmacy services in a timely and professional manner.
  17. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve pharmacy services for the benefit of our members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field

  • Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Management Or Clinical Pharmacy Services

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Specifically Related To Pharmacy Services

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments
