  1. Enroll individuals and families in Molina Healthcare's health insurance plans.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to potential members.
  3. Educate potential members on the benefits and coverage of Molina Healthcare's plans.
  4. Evaluate individuals' and families' eligibility for healthcare coverage.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of health insurance policies and enrollment processes.
  6. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential members.
  7. Conduct outreach and engage with community members to promote Molina Healthcare's plans.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to meet enrollment goals and targets.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  10. Document all enrollment activities and maintain thorough and accurate records.
  11. Stay informed about changes and updates in the healthcare industry and adjust enrollment strategies as needed.
  12. Continuously strive to provide the best possible experience for potential members and uphold Molina Healthcare's reputation for quality service.
  13. Represent Molina Healthcare in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Work with a sense of urgency to meet enrollment deadlines.
  15. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive information.
  16. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to enrollment processes and health insurance plans.
  17. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the enrollment process.
  18. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
  19. Act as a brand ambassador for Molina Healthcare, promoting the company's values and mission.
  20. Continuously strive to improve enrollment processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Social Work.

  • Previous Experience Working In Healthcare Enrollment, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Government-Sponsored Healthcare Programs, Such As Medicaid And Medicare.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Assist Individuals In Understanding Their Healthcare Options.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
