Enrollment Analyst

Molina Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Enrollment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key member of our team, helping to ensure that our members are enrolled correctly and have access to the healthcare benefits they need. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our enrollment process and ensure that our members receive the best possible experience.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of healthcare benefits enrollment. 5. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Process enrollments, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner.
7. Resolve enrollment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
10. Keep current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
