Director, Provider Relations

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers in Molina Healthcare's network.
2. Ensure the company's provider network is of the highest quality and is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Think strategically and drive engagement among providers.
4. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
5. Foster an environment of collaboration and cooperation between providers and Molina Healthcare.
6. Monitor provider performance and take corrective action when necessary.
7. Develop programs and strategies to improve network quality and satisfaction.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase provider participation in network programs.
9. Monitor and analyze trends in provider reimbursement.
10. Coordinate trainings and education programs for providers.
