  7. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of data-driven initiatives.
  8. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
  9. Communicate complex data and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics strategies and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  13. Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
  14. Represent Molina Healthcare at conferences, industry events, and other forums to share insights and best practices in data analytics and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analytics, Including Experience With Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Tools. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience Data And Be Able To Extract Meaningful Insights From Large Datasets.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Data Analysts And Driving The Overall Strategy For Data Analytics Within The Customer Experience Department. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: Molina Healthcare Is A Healthcare Provider, So It Is Important For The Director Of Data Analytics To Have A Solid Understanding Of The Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Trends, And Data Sources. Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Organization Is Preferred.

  • Communication Skills: The Director Of Data Analytics Will Be Responsible For Presenting Complex Data To Various Stakeholders, Including Executives And Non-Technical Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.
