
Community Behavioral Health Liaison

- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and resources to ensure access to quality behavioral health services for our members
- Identify and assess the behavioral health needs of our members and connect them to appropriate community resources and services
- Serve as a liaison between Molina Healthcare and community organizations, advocating for our members and promoting our services and programs
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving the delivery of behavioral health services to our members
- Organize and host community events and outreach activities to educate individuals and families about available resources and support services
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with members to ensure they are receiving appropriate and timely behavioral health care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, community resources, and service referrals
- Stay informed on current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field and apply this knowledge to improve our services and support systems
- Act as a resource for our members, providing them with information and assistance to navigate the complex behavioral health system
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to identify gaps in services and advocate for improved access and support for our members.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Behavioral Health Or Community Outreach Role.
Knowledge Of Community Resources And Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Community Organizations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Populations.
Familiarity With Medicaid/Medicare Policies And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Individuals With Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders.
