  1. Conduct audits of clinical services and programs to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
  2. Analyze complex data and identify areas of improvement in clinical processes.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement action plans for addressing audit findings.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure the organization's practices are in line with best practices.
  5. Communicate audit results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including management and clinical staff.
  6. Provide guidance and support to clinical teams to ensure they understand and adhere to compliance standards.
  7. Develop and maintain audit protocols and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy in audits.
  8. Monitor and track corrective action plans and provide updates to management on progress.
  9. Conduct training sessions for clinical staff on compliance and quality assurance.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote better patient outcomes.
  11. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in clinical processes and make recommendations for changes.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as needed.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of audits and findings.
  14. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline audit processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Auditing Clinical Services, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Audit Findings And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Audit Results To Management.
