Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review LPN

We are looking to hire a professional and experienced clinician to perform medical necessity reviews of inpatient admission. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review LPN will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inpatient admission reviews, effectively communicating with healthcare providers, and meeting established performance standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad and diverse team to improve the overall quality of care for all Molina members.To be successful in this position, you will need to have a current and valid LPN license in the state of employment and a minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. Experience in managed care or utilization review is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of medical necessity, be highly organized and have the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.
