Molina Healthcare is looking for a Care Connections Representative to join our team in providing excellent customer service to our members!Our ideal candidate is someone who is an excellent communicator, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable with multitasking. The Care Connections Representative will be responsible for assisting members with their questions and concerns, collaborating with other departments, and completing administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is helpful, compassionate, and enthusiastic in helping our members to get the health care they need.To be successful in this role, the Care Connections Representative must possess:• At least one year of customer service experience• A high school diploma or GED• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to Molina Healthcare members.
  2. Assist members with their questions and concerns.

  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  6. Maintain a helpful, compassionate, and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with members.
  7. Remain up-to-date with customer service principles and practices.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office programs effectively.
  9. Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Follow Molina Healthcare policies and procedures.
