- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as a liaison during audits and other regulatory interactions.
- Lead compliance training programs for employees at all levels to promote a culture of compliance and ethics within the organization.
- Regularly report on the company's compliance efforts and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain a compliance monitoring and reporting system to track compliance efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional development and success.
- Represent the company in compliance-related meetings and conferences, promoting the company's commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and mitigate any potential legal risks.
- Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program to ensure it is aligned with industry best practices and meets regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
