Job Description

At Molina Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated AVP of Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals and developing a comprehensive compliance program for our organization. You will ensure that our policies and procedures are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that our organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. You should have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing healthcare, data privacy, and healthcare compliance. You should also have a strong knowledge of the legal requirements for healthcare compliance and be able to interpret and implement them. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a leading healthcare organization.
