Job Description

At Molina Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate - Actuarial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping Molina Healthcare measure and manage the financial risks of the organization. We are looking for a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented and passionate about actuarial analysis.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field, as well as experience in the healthcare industry. In addition to possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you should also be a creative thinker who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with other departments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. If you have a desire to continuously learn and develop your actuarial skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Measure and manage the financial risks of the organization.
  2. Analyze and interpret actuarial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  4. Create and maintain actuarial models.
  5. Monitor competitive trends and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of actuarial data.
  7. Remain up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other team members.
  9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  10. Research and analyze new methods of actuarial analysis.
