  1. Provide comprehensive and patient-centered care to members of Molina Healthcare.
  2. Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to manage and coordinate patient care.
  4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
  5. Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  6. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  7. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  8. Document patient care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare delivery.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall improvement of patient outcomes.
  11. Stay updated on current healthcare trends and advances in medical technology.
  12. Collaborate with community resources to ensure access to necessary healthcare services for underserved populations.
  13. Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  14. Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (Apnp) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Apnp, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Family Practice Setting.

  • Certification As A Nurse Practitioner (Np) From A Nationally Recognized Organization Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Managed Care Principles, Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, And Healthcare Policies And Procedures.
