- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to attract top talent to Møller-Maersk, with a focus on the shipping and logistics industry.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Attraction team to understand the company's hiring needs and develop a targeted approach to attract the right candidates.
- Conduct market and industry research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry associations to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and reflective of the company's values and culture.
- Develop and manage recruitment campaigns, including social media and other digital marketing initiatives, to attract top talent and promote the company's employer brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Møller-Maersk, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of talent attraction efforts and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to align talent attraction strategies with the company's overall talent management and retention efforts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent attraction initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates and enhance the company's presence in the talent market.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on talent attraction efforts, including key metrics and outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve the team's talent attraction capabilities.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition And Attraction Strategies: A Product Manager - Talent Acquisition & Attraction At Møller-Maersk Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Strategies And Techniques For Acquiring And Attracting Top Talent In The Industry.
