- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other HR team members.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Policies, And Procedures.
