- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Act as a mediator and provide guidance for conflict resolution and employee relations issues.
- Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Analyze employee data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving the employee experience.
- Partner with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR initiatives across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve and innovate HR strategies and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees And Stakeholders At All Levels.
