  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and values.
  2. Work closely with employees and leaders to understand their needs and concerns, and provide guidance and support for any HR-related issues.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing them with information and resources related to their employment, benefits, and career development opportunities.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, and provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee conflicts and performance issues.
  5. Collaborate with leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and develop action plans to improve overall employee experience.
  8. Keep up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure the organization's compliance with them.
  9. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  10. Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  11. Coach and mentor managers and employees on HR-related matters and provide training on HR policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in the development of the organization's culture, values, and goals, and ensure they are embedded in all HR practices and processes.
  13. Generate and analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  14. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from employees and leaders to improve HR practices and processes.
  15. Represent the organization at external events and conferences, and build relationships with industry professionals to stay current on HR trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Roles, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Performance Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Countries Where Møller-Maersk Operates

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Success.
