We are currently seeking a Junior Logistics Administrator to join our team in Görlitz. In this role, you will play an essential role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods for our customers.   1. Assist in the coordination and execution of logistics operations for the company, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods for our customers.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and monitoring delivery progress.
  3. Communicate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  4. Troubleshoot any issues or delays in the logistics process and proactively seek solutions to minimize disruptions.
  5. Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency.
  6. Prepare and distribute reports on logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipment status, and delivery performance.
  7. Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Assist in managing logistics-related documentation, such as shipping invoices and customs documents.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in logistics operations.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the logistics team and across departments.
  12. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the logistics manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Logistics Software And Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Logistics Software And Systems Such As Sap, Wms, Tms, Or Other Similar Programs. They Should Also Possess Strong Computer Skills And Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Software.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Junior Logistics Administrator At Møller-Maersk Will Be Responsible For Coordinating Shipments, Tracking Inventory, And Managing Documentation. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And Accurately.

This Includes Knowledge Of Customs Procedures, Import/Export Regulations, And Documentation Requirements.
