  1. Coordinate and manage all disputes related to voice services within the global network of Møller-Maersk.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Analyze and investigate the root cause of disputes and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and evidence to support dispute resolution.
  5. Communicate with customers, vendors, and other parties involved in disputes to gather information and provide updates on the progress of resolutions.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for handling disputes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Monitor and track dispute trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on dispute trends, resolutions, and any potential risks to management.
  9. Train and support team members on dispute resolution processes and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to voice services to ensure compliance and best practices.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the dispute resolution process and make recommendations for enhancements.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and create a seamless customer experience.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling sensitive and complex disputes.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple disputes simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ensure all dispute resolutions align with company policies and regulations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Disputes Voice Coordinator, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Handle And Resolve Disputes With Customers And Other Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Dispute Resolution Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Dispute Resolution Processes And Techniques, Such As Negotiation And Mediation, To Effectively Manage Conflicts And Reach Mutually Beneficial Outcomes.

  • Attention To Detail: A Disputes Voice Coordinator Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Thoroughly Investigate And Analyze Disputes, Ensuring All Relevant Information Is Considered And Accurate Resolutions Are Reached.

  • Customer Service Orientation: This Role Requires A Customer-Centric Mindset, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Maintain A Professional And Empathetic Approach Towards Customers While Resolving Disputes.

  • Experience In The Shipping/Logistics Industry: A Solid Understanding Of The Shipping And Logistics Industry, Including Relevant Regulations And Best Practices, Is Highly Desirable For A Disputes Voice Coordinator At Møller-Maersk. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Or Within The Industry Would Be Advantageous.
