- Manage and maintain the collections process for Portuguese-speaking customers.
- Communicate with customers in Portuguese to resolve any outstanding payment issues.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Work closely with the finance team to identify and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with Portuguese-speaking clients.

Knowledge Of Portuguese Business Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Cultural And Business Practices In Portuguese-Speaking Countries. This Includes Knowledge Of Payment Cycles, Legal Procedures, And Negotiating Tactics In The Region.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: As This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Customers, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Customers, Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism, And Maintain A Positive Working Relationship With Internal And External Stakeholders.
