- Oversee and manage the flow of cargo through Møller-Maersk's global network.
- Ensure efficient and timely movement of cargo by coordinating with various departments and teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cargo flow and increase efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data related to cargo flow to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues or delays in cargo flow.
- Lead and train a team of cargo flow coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to cargo flow.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the overall profitability of cargo flow operations.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support smooth cargo flow operations.
- Handle any escalations or issues related to cargo flow in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on cargo flow performance and key metrics.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the cargo flow management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Shipping Or Logistics Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of International Trade And Shipping Regulations.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, Clients, And Vendors.
