  1. Manage the end-to-end process of cargo movement, from booking to delivery, to ensure timely and efficient flow of goods.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to optimize supply chain operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure smooth and efficient cargo flow.
  4. Monitor and track cargo shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively identify and address any potential delays or issues.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and effective cargo flow processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in cargo flow processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on cargo status and address any concerns or queries.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in regards to cargo flow.
  10. Act as a key point of contact for all cargo flow related issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on cargo flow.
  12. Train and mentor team members on cargo flow processes and procedures to ensure a high level of understanding and execution.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cargo flow activities and provide regular reports to management.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Cargo Flow Operations, Preferably In The Shipping Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Customs Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Efficient And Cost-Effective Cargo Flow Processes.
