Shoe Designer

Miu Miu is looking for a passionate and highly creative Shoe Designer to join our talented team. You must have an eye for detail and a deep understanding of design trends and latest developments in the world of fashion footwear. As Shoe Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing unique and innovative shoe collections that capture the Miu Miu spirit.To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in fashion design or related field and have a minimum of two years of professional experience in the fashion industry, preferably in the footwear design field. You should also have excellent sketching and computer-aided design (CAD) skills. A strong understanding of the Miu Miu brand and its aesthetic is essential, and you should be able to use market research, trend forecasting, and other relevant resources to inform your designs. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with a passion for design and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Miu Miu is the sister label to Prada, and was founded in 1992 by Miuccia Prada. The name derives from Miuccia Prada's family nickname, and was established as a more youthful, playful and affordable alternative to the Prada line. Miu Miu has staged shows in Milan, New York, and London, showing in Paris since 2006.
