Own, help improve, and execute on quality strategies for core segments of the Minecraft franchise, effectively prioritizing between daily activities and 6+ month planning and investment. Leveraging your quality and testing experience, coach and mentor team members helping with career development as well as growing the team and its capabilities. Develop and coordinate priorities across manual testing, data analysis, and tools and automaton investments to increase team efficiency. Monitor, summarize, and communicate the quality of the product, state of quality efforts, and team plans and strategies to project leadership, including through formal presentations. Help build and foster an inclusive, quality first culture in our team and our partners.
Experienced using test strategies that incorporate multiple methodologies, including data and automation usage.
Proven experience contributing to the success of others through coaching and mentoring.
