Job Description

Shape XGS portfolio strategy through data driven insights, analysis, and recommendations that influence decision making across studio and Gaming organization by leveraging your deep understanding of the gaming industry, game development, publishing, and Xbox's business. Help drive the conversation around key strategic priorities for XGS by ensuring topics are integrated into studios rhythm of business (RoB) and are being actively tracked and managed. Define and maintain an operational dashboard that tracks the health of the XGS portfolio, actively identifying opportunities to improve business performance in accordance with Xbox and XGS strategy and goals. Partner with our studios and game teams on sharing of best practices, player insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence that inform game development and franchise planning.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to think strategically and take a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead/manage others, including indirect reports and vendors.

  • Experience in Gaming/Interactive Entertainment a plus.

  • Passionate about games and game development.

Compensation
