Job Description

Identifies and creates opportunities for developing and fostering deeper community engagement, interaction, and participation through official events and channels. Engages with and guides game developers toward technical decisions to use Microsoft Gaming Services.Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic technology guidance to customers. Monitor and participate in PlayFab Developer Forums starting with PlayFab and Game Dev discord channels to understand and help resolve technical needs discussions. Provide inputs from CSS and Forums into feature team bug prioritization and the Developer Needs process with GEE/AGS product teams. Work with teams to understand frequency and severity of impact to help with prioritization. Work with product/feature PMs to ensure communication and readiness within forums and support channels for new product launches and feature releases.

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and business development, ideally with experience working at a range of levels

  • 3+ years prior experience in the gaming industry

  • 2+ years prior experience partnering with cloud or SaaS services

  • Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups internally and externally

  • Ability to interact with external customers in a technical envisioning and advisory capacity
