Job Description

This role will support the Chief Operating Officer and support one of the teams that make Minecraft one of the top entertainment brands on the planet. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work with multiple levels within Microsoft. Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones. Oversee team support of the Core team. Partner closely with the Lead Admin to execute on the rhythm of business. Coordinate team morale events and/or broader team-wide events in collaboration with the admin community. Arranging domestic and international travel logistics, trip preparation and expense reporting. Coordinate space planning and office moves for the team.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a creative development or high technology environment

  • Strong working knowledge of MSFT internal tools such as HeadTrax, Manager Self Service, MS Expense, My Order

  • Knowledge of corporate organization, departmental business practices, and tools

Compensation
