Treasury Manager

Performing daily fixed-income, foreign exchange, share buyback, derivatives trade confirmations and settlements, cash reconciliations, and corporate action processing while working closely with teams within Treasury and Microsoft such as capital markets, controllers team, cash operations, tax and legal teams. Managing operations with our banking partner(s), system vendors, accounting partners, trading counterparties as well as internal stakeholders Performing collateral management functions, including working with legal on new counterparty CSA’s, account set-ups, and operational oversight of vendor outsourced services. Supporting the overall team to implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, regulatory reporting implementation, internal controls, and SOX procedures. Evaluate technology, products, processes related to cash operations, identifying both value and risks, and presenting recommendation.
