
Supply Chain Contracts Manager (Services)
At Microsoft, we are looking for a Supply Chain Contracts Manager (Services) who will be responsible for the successful execution of supply chain contracting for our services business. This individual will work in a highly collaborative environment and be a key partner to the business and legal teams. We are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of contract management experience, and a thorough understanding of service-based supply chain contracts. Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful execution of supply chain contracts for the services business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze and identify potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and review existing contracts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and review service-based supply chain contracts.
- Provide guidance and advice on contract-related matters to business and legal teams.
- Generate contract-related reports and documents.
