Sr. Controls & Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced and knowledgeable professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead Microsoft’s Controls & Compliance team? We’re looking for a Sr. Controls & Compliance Manager to provide strategic oversight of our compliance efforts and ensure our activities and processes meet the highest standards of regulatory and ethical compliance.In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape our compliance strategy and collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure our compliance activities are effective and our business practices are sound and responsible. You’ll need to have a thorough understanding of corporate compliance standards, regulations and laws, and be able to ensure our organization is meeting all the necessary requirements.The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills and have a demonstrated track record in compliance management. You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a leadership capacity, with a deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory and legal requirements.
