We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our team at Microsoft. This position requires an individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong ability to lead and mentor a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) process, ensuring that our customers experience superior performance and reliability.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Information Technology and/or Software Engineering field, with a focus on SRE. They must possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and have a deep understanding of the SRE methodology and process.
