Job Description

We at Microsoft are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Data Center IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with data center operations and IT support and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing excellent technical support. They should be comfortable troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues, as well as have experience configuring and maintaining network systems and servers. Other qualifications include a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, scripting, and automation solutions, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
