Job Description

Collaborate closely with Global Media Campaign teams and with Product Marketing teams to advocate and develop Paid Search strategies that are part of holistic, multi-faceted paid media campaigns for Business Applications, Power Platforms, Education, Digital Transformation and other Microsoft Commercial and Consumer campaigns. Manage media agency relationships, collaborating with the agency on SEM campaign planning, overseeing the agency’s campaign execution, guiding keyword, bid, and creative optimizations, and ensuring that campaign results map to business goals. Be an SEM thought leader, delivering insights and helping educate stakeholders and partners across the Microsoft Marketing organization on the standards and business impact of paid search. Collaborate with Ad Operations technical specialists to enable campaign measurement and optimization.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ of experience managing SEM campaigns at an agency or client-side is required

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of global search publishers (Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver), related ad tech platforms

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work stream based on business impact

  • Experience in both Consumer and Commercial campaigns
