Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow within a world-renowned technology company? Microsoft is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving change within a dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll coordinate and implement complex projects while motivating team members and managing resources.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. You should have a strong working knowledge of major software development life cycle processes and a demonstrated ability to lead teams through all phases of the development life cycle. You must also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a PMP certification.
