Job Description

Developing solutions that support the groups (FinOps) strategy of reducing cost to serve, whilst growing FTE capacity and overall supporting process tower growth. SME knowledge of applicable tools and process and input on the strategy and vision for the function. Establish a cross group CFS (Corporate Finance & Services ) framework for process and tool prioritization where multiple stakeholders leverage the same tool or process and how this links to our investment’s strategy. Support process Unification across the multiple insourced and outsourced relationships across FinOps to ensure process standardization and minimize control risk. Support the A14 and subsidiary CFO in delivery of localized sales presentations. Support our BPO partners in showcasing how we utilize our BPO model for success. Facilitate change around new or existing processes, systems, or tools.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience

  • 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience in Shared Service Center/Outsourcing environment
