Job Description

In joining the Digital Sales team as the Enterprise Support Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a critical business role in supporting the Support Sales leadership on strategic, operational, and coaching perspectives to achieve business results for Microsoft Customer Solutions. As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will establish & drive the daily rhythm of the business, coach sales managers on the fundamentals of sales execution, and lead the planning and growth initiatives for the segment. You will partner with the Global Support Sales Lead to drive a consistent Rhythm of the Business (RoB) aligned to growth opportunities and exceed business objectives and key results. You will ensure Sales leadership are running disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes and collaborate on best practices, insights, and available programs to minimize pipeline variances.
