Job Description

In this role, you will conduct environmental lifecycle assessments (LCA) to quantify products' environmental impacts and work to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and usefulness of these assessments. You will engage with product design and development engineers to ensure that new products achieve improvements in environmental sustainability metrics and meet internal and external requirements. You will work with product designers and developers to execute on our ecodesign roadmap through improvements in product durability, repairability, recyclability, energy efficiency, use of environmentally preferable materials, efficiency in manufacturing, minimizing waste, circularity, etc.

Job Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in performing and communicating product environmental lifecycle assessments (cradle to grave)

  • Experience working with production data such as bill of materials and full material declarations

  • Knowledge of ecodesign principles

  • Experience working with product development teams to implement ecodesign principles

  • Subject matter expertise in consumer electronics design and development
