Director, Integration Management

This is a unique opportunity to lead integration planning for Microsoft’s planned acquisition of Nuance Communications. Lead the business and integration planning prior to and through the acquisition for the Enterprise segment of Nuance. Collaborate with an array of Microsoft and Nuance teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned integration plan is in place and ready to execute upon closing. Partner and drive alignment with the integration management team and the product and business leaders for strategic direction and macro integration decisions. Drive clarity, accountability and decision making by all parties. Issue/decision resolution and management. Executive communications. Leader/mentor within the organization.
