Job Description

Lead a diverse & high performing team. Create an inclusive work environment where every employee can contribute and be part of a team. Be a thought leader and share knowledge with others through management best practices, solution documents, engage technical communities, build automated self-help solutions, and create training. Interact daily across your team to provide technical action plans and take ownership of escalations. Partner with various Azure Engineering domain experts to scope and build content, modules, tools, and proof of concepts. Stay current on latest Azure/Cloud innovations, and act as a subject matter trainer for other engineers. Real day-to-day customer-facing experience and empathy. Interest in contributing to a diverse and inclusive team; demonstrated ability to have fun.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years working on Cloud solutions and infrastructure

  • Experience and knowledge of cloud development and deployment tools

  • Experience working with software companies or start-ups.

  • Proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations
