You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong technical background and a good understanding of Microsoft products.To be successful in this role, you should be an outstanding problem solver with a customer-centric attitude and a good sense of humour. You should have the ability to think quickly and respond to customer requests with a high degree of accuracy.
