Supporting complex transactions for expansion of our datacenter infrastructure, including real estate acquisition and development, datacenter leases, and related agreements and transactions. Drafting and negotiating high value agreements for our global building infrastructure supply chain and agreements for services for operation of our datacenters. Creating new contract models, templates, and process improvements to improve quality and reduce contract cycle time for datacenter infrastructure expansion. Providing creative and proactive counseling on a broad range of legal and policy issues, which may include: U.S. federal and international supply chain regulations; government contracting and compliance; real estate investment regulations; government incentives; land use; and dispute resolution. Collaborating with team members within and across organizational boundaries, including: clients; other Microsoft attorneys; and government affairs, community affairs, and PR professionals.
