Corporate Counsel - Industry Solutions

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join a global team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to help drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate transactions and activities, including strategic alliances, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other industry-specific transactions. They will also provide guidance on other legal and compliance matters, including employment matters, intellectual property, data privacy, and advertising.To be successful in this role, applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree and admission to at least one state bar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, industry-specific transactions, and/or compliance matters. A proven track record of advising on complex legal and industry matters, in addition to the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, are essential skills for this role.
