Job Description

As Microsoft's Chief Technology Officer - Customer Focused, you will play a critical role in driving the company's technology strategy and delivering on our customer-centric mission. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing and optimizing our technology capabilities to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. To be successful in this role, you should be a creative and results-oriented leader with a passion for technology, customer service and a demonstrated history of delivering successful projects.We are seeking an experienced CTO who is a strategic thinker, has excellent problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of customer experience, a proven ability to manage enterprise-level technology projects and a track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions. You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
