• Lead complex projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Apply expertise in the Microsoft product suite to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency
• Develop a strategic vision for projects and ensure successful delivery
• Establish project parameters, objectives, and deadlines
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage expectations and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Report progress and results to senior management and other stakeholders
