Job Description

Translate ambiguous ideas and goals into clear metrics and logical analysis plans. Guide stakeholders through selecting metrics that clearly represent their goals while keeping diminishing returns and costs to our team in mind. Coordinate and prioritize work from many teams across the studio using team and studio priorities as guidelines. Build reports related to rhythm of the business activities. Effectively and concisely communicate insights to non-technical audiences. Use analytical tools like forecasting and statistical analysis to drive studio thinking around how we generate revenue sustainably in a player-friendly way. Find acquisition opportunities by using. Collaborate with your teammates in data science and analytics to create innovative analysis that impacts decision-making in the studio.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, accounting, finance or similar.

  • Proficient with SQL, bonus if familiar with SparkSQL, databricks, or Azure Data Explorer.

  • Interest in games, bonus if experience in gaming industry
