Yield & Quality Product Engineer
Micron Technology is looking for an innovative, highly motivated Yield & Quality Product Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development of processes and strategies to analyze and improve product yield and quality. Ideal candidates will be passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong technical background.The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in yield and quality engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. You should have a degree in electronics engineering or a related field, and experience with statistical analysis tools. You should also have a good understanding of semiconductor process engineering and process control. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop processes and strategies to analyze and improve product yield and quality.
- Provide technical support to other departments on yield and quality engineering.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to identify and troubleshoot yield and quality issues.
- Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using process control systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Keep accurate records of process changes and their effects on yield and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with suppliers to ensure quality control standards are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering
Knowledge Of Semiconductor Device Physics
Science Or Related Field
Minimum - Years Of Experience In Yield & Quality Engineering
Experience With Statistical Process Control (Spc) And Process Capability Studies
Experience In Process Qualification And Design Of Experiments (Doe)
Process Integration And Device Testing
