Yield Planning Engineer

Seeking a highly motivated Yield Planning Engineer to join Micron Technology's team and help drive yield improvement and process development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor device fabrication, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device fabrication. Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and other statistical methods is a must, as is experience with data analysis and process optimization.
