  1. Develop and implement workforce development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted development plans.
  3. Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of employees.
  4. Utilize various learning methods and technologies to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  6. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in workforce development to continuously improve and evolve the program.
  7. Assist in the creation of career development plans for employees, including identifying potential growth opportunities and providing guidance and resources.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and organizations to offer a wide range of development opportunities.
  9. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing guidance and support in their career development.
  10. Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address any skills gaps within the organization.
  11. Communicate and promote the value of workforce development initiatives to employees and management.
  12. Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities and employee development progress.
  13. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from employees to improve the workforce development program.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Development Or Training.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Familiarity With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications.
