  1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleanroom environments to ensure compliance with contamination control standards.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot cleanroom equipment, including particle counters and air filtration systems.
  3. Identify and report any potential contamination risks or issues to relevant parties.
  4. Develop and implement procedures for the proper handling and cleaning of sensitive materials and tools.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleanroom supplies and equipment.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Train and educate team members on contamination control protocols and procedures.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  9. Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving contamination-related issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in contamination control technology and techniques.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and records of cleanroom processes and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contamination control program.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality and safety regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Cleanroom Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Understanding Of Cleanroom Protocols And Procedures, Including Proper Gowning Techniques, Material Handling, And Contamination Control Practices.

  • Familiarity With Cleanroom Equipment: Experience In Operating And Maintaining Cleanroom Equipment Such As Particle Counters, Air Filtration Systems, And Cleanroom Monitoring Systems Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: A Successful Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Sources Of Contamination In A Timely Manner.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: The Technician Should Have A Strong Background In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving, With The Ability To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Issues Related To Contamination Control.
